The act of ‘smudging’ is a traditional Native American practice used to cleanse and purify spaces using the smoke of burning sacred herbs. To use, light the end of the sage stick and allow to smoulder, place into a heat-resistant bowl or shell and gently disperse the smoke throughout the area to dispel negative energies. Fully extinguish after use and keep away from pets and children.
