Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. We charge a flat fee of £1.99 for all returns.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Goats of The Gorge have worked closely with the Cadbury Alpaca farm in Clevedon to create this highly beneficial soap bar. The soap bar is packed full of keratin, which is a natural protein found in an Alpaca's fleece. When extracted and blended together with the natural oils, Coconut Oil, Shea Butter and Olive oil, it helps to provide strength to our nails and skin. Packaged in a silk organza bg. Goats of the Gorge are proud to be Leaping Bunny approved. All of their own brand cosmetic and personal care products are approved under the Cruelty Free International Leaping Bunny programme.
