This is a handy garden essential for measuring the rain fall in your garden. The real glass insert is held by a simply stunning, cast iron rest, featuring a chicken design. The glass insert measures in centimetres and inches and one millimetre of measured precipitation is the equivalent of one litre of rainfall per metre squared. This rain gauge can be inserted into your garden safely by simply inserting the spiked end into a grassed area. Measurements: 12 x 88 x 5cm
