Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. We charge a flat fee of £1.99 for all returns.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

This 80gsm brown paper is perfect for wrapping, stuffing or surrounding around your items. The thinness of the paper makes it durable enough to stuff in to delicate items such as a ceramics, pack tightly around the item to prevent it moving during transportation, as well as being thick enough to provide excellent strength and protection. The weight is 13kg and overall size of 30 x 27 x 27cm.
